AAU Conquests!

Front Range came home from Orlando with more hardware and another AAU trophy for the collection after the 2009 AAU National Championships. Congratulations to 16 Blue for their 2nd place finish. Here are final finishes for all Front Range teams at AAU's. 18 Black, 17 Silver, 16 Blue, 16 Red, and 13 Scarlet all recorded the highest finishes for a Colorado team in their respective fields. Click on the link in each to see the complete list of finishes in each field.

Front Range had four AAU All-American selections for the 2009 tournament, one in 18 Open (top picture) and three in 16 Open (bottom picture). Congratulations to 18 Black's Emily Adney (top row in yellow), 16 Blue's Morgan Bohl (top row in FR jacket), Bailey Karst (bottom row far left), and Nicole Dalton (bottom row second from right). Emily Adney was mentioned in the Mile High News, a local paper, for her achievement.

Congratulations to Jane Colleymore and Tracy Stalls for their participation in the recent US Women's National Team scrimmage in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The scrimmage served as a preparation for the Pan American Cup. See USA Volleyball's article regarding the scrimmage here.
