Unlock Your Potential: Nutrition Is The Key

Glisan to Offer Sports Nutrition for Volleyball Seminar

Citius, altius, fortius: the Olympic motto of higher, faster, stronger embodies the goals of every athlete. In order to reach those goals, athletes train relentlessly. But what about when you're not in the gym? What are you doing to help yourself reach your goals the rest of the time? What if you could help yourself be a better athlete while you are at the grocery store? What if you could make yourself stronger every time you sat down to eat? Not only is it possible but it doesn't mean eating brussels sprouts morning, noon, and night. Ready to learn how to eat your way to better athletic performance?

Billy Glisan, a performance coach and creator of Front Range's SAQ program, will be presenting a sports nutrition seminar on Saturday, August 18th at 10 a.m. at Front Range. The seminar is open to all Front Range athletes and families at no cost (normally, Billy would charge $75 for a nutritional information meeting). Billy will be giving helpful information regarding making nutritional decisions that allow for optimal sports performance. If you plan to join us, please RSVP no later than August 16th by email to Eduardo at eduardo@frvbc.com.
