Private & Group Lessons
It takes countless hours of deliberate practice to become a top athlete in any sports discipline. Front Range Volleyball Club can accelerate player learning through our private lessons and our group lessons. The purpose of these very specialized training programs is to enable players to receive the best instruction in specific areas of the game that would be difficult to teach in a large team environment.
Take advantage of the training aids that only coaches at Front Range can offer:
- Power-Core 360 Hitting Harness: Helps you hit the ball harder and faster
- Individualized Player Evaluation
Players can receive instruction in any of the areas listed below or designating their own specific areas of need. (It should be noted that the more themes selected by the player, the less focused the training will be in each area.) Typical training themes include: passing, defense, ball control, serving, blocking, setting, attacking, and speed, vertical, agility & quickness training. Players will be evaluated in order to tailor the sessions to meet the specific needs of the players and to review the progress made throughout the program.
Why Should I Choose Private or Group Lessons?
As a player...
Do you worry about your first contact? Have you ever been scared of trying to make that pass or of taking the game winning swing? Every player has areas of his or her game that need work. Whether you have a tryout coming up, are just looking for general development, or have an important game on the horizon; Front Range Volleyball Club private and group lessons will improve both your confidence and your game.
As a parent...
Ever wondered why some players are capable of things that others cannot achieve? It's no secret that practice makes perfect. Our private and group lessons will target growth areas and accelerate a player's improvement faster than a regular practice. Private and group lessons give trainers more opportunities to correct technical imperfections and help your child understand where and how these techniques can be implemented in a game situation.
As a team coach...
Do you wish your players were technically better? Do you find it hard to complete setter training as part of your weekly training program? One of our professional coaches will work on specific targets with attention to detail that cannot be achieved in a large team practice. The learning curve is accelerated and the skills will become automatic.
